About the event
Centered in heels training, dancers can expect weekly sessions to integrate dance conditioning, movement execution, performance skills, and cross-training in a variety of styles. A typical rehearsal will include a warmup, conditioning, across the floor drills, and a piece of choreography. In addition to consistent and weekly training, dancers in The Academy will receive a professional headshot, a team photoshoot, a video shoot, and the opportunity to perform at a live show!
